If you’re having trouble with KeyMatch or have questions, this page explains how to get help and where to find important information.


1. Contact

The best way to reach us is by email:

When you write, it helps if you include:

  • The email you use in the app (if you created an account)

  • Your device model and iOS version

  • A short description of the issue

  • Screenshots, if possible


2. Subscriptions & Billing (App Store)

KeyMatch uses the app store’s built-in purchase system for subscriptions.

For managing or cancelling your subscription:

  • Open your device Settings

  • Go to your Apple ID → Subscriptions

  • Select KeyMatch to change or cancel

For charges or refunds, please use the App Store’s support or “Report a Problem” flow, since billing is handled by Apple, not directly by us.


3. Technical Issues

If the app crashes, freezes, or behaves strangely:

  1. Make sure you’re on the latest version of KeyMatch from the App Store.

  2. Close and reopen the app.

  3. Restart your device if needed.

  4. If the issue continues, email support@keymatch.app with what happened and any screenshots.


4. Account & Data Requests

If you want to:

  • Delete your account or cloud sets

  • Ask what data we have about you

  • Request changes to your data
