KeyMatch uses the app store’s built-in purchase system for subscriptions.
For managing or cancelling your subscription:
Open your device Settings
Go to your Apple ID → Subscriptions
Select KeyMatch to change or cancel
For charges or refunds, please use the App Store’s support or “Report a Problem” flow, since billing is handled by Apple, not directly by us.
If the app crashes, freezes, or behaves strangely:
Make sure you’re on the latest version of KeyMatch from the App Store.
Close and reopen the app.
Restart your device if needed.
If the issue continues, email support@keymatch.app with what happened and any screenshots.
If you want to:
Delete your account or cloud sets
Ask what data we have about you
Request changes to your data
